FIELD: foundry, possibly manufacture of turbo-machine blades by directed crystallization method. ^ SUBSTANCE: castings of refractory alloys are placed in autoclave and sodium hydroxide is introduced into autoclave according to relation no less than 80g per 170g of rods. Aqueous saturated solution of sodium hydroxide is poured to autoclave at remaining some free space in autoclave. Said solution is heated up to 300°C for treating castings with it till complete removal of rods. At process of treating castings with solution, castings are periodically arranged in free space of autoclave, for example by rotating autoclave around its symmetry axis. After removing rods out off castings and lowering temperature of solution in autoclave lower than 100°C, autoclave is immersed into water; it is open under water for removing castings and for mechanically cleaning them from reaction products. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process of completely removing rods from inner cavities of castings, improved safety of such process. ^ 3 cl |
