FIELD: medicine; maxillofacial surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves determining anatomical aberration complex. First, anatomical aberrations of nose vestibule are detected. Then, endoscopic examination of nasal cavity is carried out and middle nasal cavity zone aberrations are selected. Next, posterior zone aberrations are selected and necessary and sufficient surgical intervention volume is carried out with resection, implantation, reimplantation, submucous vasotomy, turbine lateroposition, compression and dilatation being additionally included. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in recovering adequate nasal cavity member architectonics; enhanced effectiveness of surgical treatment. |
