FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the device of liquid injection in bulk or granulated dry materials, particularly to prepare soft dough. Preferably the device includes vertically orientated mixing chamber. An axially rotating spray jet or multi spray jet is installed in the chamber. The jet is located co-axially creating a rotating against this axis symmetric region for mixed chamber opened downwards. The fed from the above dry materials are wetted with liquid by jet of pressure flush possessing high velocity. Dry materials are impacting at the inner wall of the mixing chamber and go down to the outlet hole. ^ EFFECT: efficiency increase of wetting dry materials at quick and continuously lasting process of work. ^ 17 cl, 3 dwg |
