FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves mobilizing the duodenum, cutting pancreas tissues beginning from medial duodenum edge. Pancreatic part of the common bile duct from pathologically changed pancreas head tissue is exposed. Pancreas head tissues manifesting fibrous changes are excised to proximal part pancreatic duct. The pancreatic duct is ligated at its confluence to the common bile duct. Then pancreas tissue is excised with pancreatic duct portion in distal direction to intact gland tissue. Pancreatoenteroanastomosis is formed on external temporary pancreatic duct stoma. Pancreas tissues are excised in particular cases with radio scalpel. ^ EFFECT: reduced risk of common bile duct and pancreatic duct injuries; reduced risk of Pancreatoenteroanastomosis inconsistency. ^ 2 cl |
