Wedge-like catches are arranged on ends of two grips brought beyond load gravity center and on longitudinal axle of truck frame, lower surfaces of wedge-like catches being in one plane passing tangentially to generatrix of wheels. Grip turning axes are perpendicular to said plane. Grips are spring-loaded and mechanically intercoupled with pedal through expansion links. Spring is furnished with tensioner.
