FIELD: postharvest treatment of grain, in particular, drying of grain material. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves providing preliminary cleaning of grain heap and, thereafter, charging it into drying chamber; supplying heat-carrier; controlling grain moisture content by means of sensor before removing dried layer of grain material; discharging dried grain to sorting station. Stationary sensor is positioned directly in drying chamber, in additional drying zone, forward of discharge device, said sensor being adapted for continuous controlling of grain moisture content during the entire drying process in counter current flow during rotation of rotary platform and generation of measurement and control signals resulting from unbalance of measurement signals and setter signals for removal of grain or ceasing the process of discharging lower dried layer. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in treating grain material in grain drying complexes and optimized conditions for effective production of conditioned grain, and reduced consumption of power. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
