The vehicle has a toric engine (5) rotating two short propellers (100, 101) in an opposite direction at high and same speed and with reversed pitch. The propellers have same mechanical action in a fairing (102) that forms a double wall permitting a common traction in a same direction and an air thrust in manifolds (103) of the fairing. Two pinions reverse the pitch and another pinion reverses the rotating direction of the propellers.
