The structure has an electronic unit with a transmitting/receiving system which communicates with a mobile telephone. A global positioning system (GPS) unit has an antenna and interface to a map-navigation system operating in real time. Two large switches with ON/OFF function are provided along side parts. A microphone is provided in a vehicle steering wheel which is attached along a lower profile of the structure.
