The wiper has a pivoting unit adapted to pivot a blade (150) with respect to a driving arm (160) around an articulation axis (117) that is parallel to a longitudinal direction of the blade, with a swivel angle that is a function of the position of the wiper on a glass pane. The blade extends longitudinally in a longitudinal median plane. The arm transmits rotation movement to the blade and applies a sufficient pressure. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a glass pane and a glass-wiper.
