In the 1st step, anode and cathode pastes are separately formed as thin-layer structure on upper and lower surfaces of the double-faced metal thin layer substrate to manufacture a dual collector film. The second step is to utilize the PCB substrate to manufacture the packaging part. In the 3rd step, the electrolyte and at least one core component of the rechargeable battery are sealed up and surrounded in the internal space of the packaging part, wherein the core component of the rechargeable battery contains at least the dual collector sheet.
