The invention makes a frequency curve switching function compatible with a function for compensating for frequency curve fluctuation caused by element variation. This voltage controlled oscillator is provided with: a resonance circuit comprising a negative resistor 19b, an inductor element 19a, a first capacitor 18 of which the capacitance is changed by a first voltage 17 applied from the outside, and a second capacitor 11 comprised of a plurality of capacitors of which the capacitance is changed by a control voltage; and a logic synthesizing means 12 for determining an output based on frequency information 13 and an automatic calibration value 14, and the capacitance value of the second capacitor is made variable by the control voltage based on the output of the logic synthesizing means. |
