<p>A sleep apnea avoidance process includes selecting a pillow (10) having a pair of sides (11,12) angled at a predetermined angle and shaped to hold a personaCOs head face down on one side thereof. The selected pillow (10) has a pair of arm openings (15,16) thereunder to position a personaCOs arm to assist in holding a personaCOs head face down on the pillow (10) angled side (11 or 12) such that the user can use one or the other arms when placing the head on one or the other angled side (11 or 12) of the pillow (10). The process includes resting on one of the pillowaCOs angled sides (11,12) with one arm placed through the arm opening (15,16) whereby jaw movement and sleep apnea are avoided.</p> |
