The assembly, comprising a mobile dispenser (D) for a substance in the form of a liquid or paste emulsion, positioned above a cooking plate (PC), includes a horizontal holder (RB) beneath the dispenser that can be fed with solid and/or liquid ingredients before it receives a dose of the emulsion and then tilted at an angle to pour the mixture onto the hot cooking plate. The holder, which tilts on a hinge (CH) and is returned to the horiziontal position by a counterweight or spring (RL), has an outer edge that is curved sharply inwards and a concave base with a raised centre (OM) to provide for an automatic mixing of the emulsion and other ingredients by virtue of the kinetic energy of the flow. |
