The device has a clip with transversal axle that supports in two circular cavities (3) having a complete elasticity caused by a recess (4). The cavities partially rise during starting of tightening of a spinal rod and lower when a protrusion of the clip passes on a side of a vertical projection of the axle. The clip has a vertical hole that supports to allow rotation of a head (1) of an implant.
