PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen protective sheet easy to restick with minimized increase in peeling force of an adhesive layer with the lapse of time, releasable without leaving a paste, and further excellent in transparency. SOLUTION: This kitchen protective sheet includes the adhesive layer obtained by hardening a silicone release agent composition on a side surface of a base material sheet. The release force of the adhesive layer obtained by hardening the silicone release agent composition is 0.1-40.0 N/m, and the base material sheet is transparent.
