PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hit a criminal on the face or near the right and left shoulders, simultaneously and using spring resilience, with a plurality of containers filled with materials considered effective from the standpoint of security, unlike conventional throwing methods relying on physical force that employ balls containing special paint kept at financial institutions or the like. SOLUTION: Using the contractility of a spring 3 being contracted and the momentum of a movable shooting putt 8 secured to the front of the spring, the apparatus shoots the containers each filled with materials considered effective from the standpoint of security, such as a liquid eliminating resisting forces, paint for identifying criminals, or fragrance for guiding police dogs, to hit a criminal on the face or near both shoulders with the containers.
