<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retort pressure control method for a vessel equipped with pressure absorption ability, by which the calculation of vessel internal pressure is made more realistic, absorption ability of the pressure absorption part of the vessel is taken into account, a pressure control range not to cause the permanent deformation of the vessel is calculated and the pressure control of a retort pot to be automatically controlled is actualized, and a system for supporting the method. <P>SOLUTION: The retort pressure control method comprises using a plastic vessel in which at least a part of a barrel is equipped with a pressure absorption panel of ≥0.5% and ≤10.0% and carrying out pressure control in which internal pressure at the minimum volume in an absorption state of panel negative pressure is made the upper limit pressure of pressure control and internal pressure at the maximum volume in an absorption state of panel positive pressure is made the lower limit pressure of pressure control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
