<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the extraction of medicinal ingredients contained in chestnut from the astringent coats, balks, leaves, flowers, roots, and the like, of the chestnut, the extraction of galenical ingredients contained in mushrooms from the mushrooms, the utilization of the obtained concentrated extracts to produce products for drinks, processed foods, cosmetics or medicines, and also the utilization of the residues to produce livestock feeds or pet feeds. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing a green juice drink comprises subjecting the astringent coats, balks, leaves, flowers, roots, and the like, of the chestnut to the primary drying treatment, crushing the primary dried product into chip-like product with a crusher, mixing the crushed product with a yeast in a stirrer, fermenting and ageing the mixed raw material in a container, subjecting the fermented raw material to the secondary drying treatment to obtain the aged raw material, drying mushrooms such as Ganoderma lucidum or Cortinellus shiitake with solar light or in a hot air drier, finely crushing the dried raw material, producing a concentrated extract from the dried raw material, and then mixing the concentrated extract obtained from the aged chest raw materials with the concentrated extract obtained from the mushrooms, an extract extracted from the leaves of at least one of fruits, vegetables, and grains, and a bean milk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
