PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter-use display panel mounting structure which fixes a display panel to a meter case without any positional shift in order to improve its quality. SOLUTION: The meter-use display panel mounting structure in which an LCD 17 is incorporated between a meter substrate 15 and the meter case 14 having an LCD containing section 27, has positioning means 31, 32, 42 and 43 arranged at the LCD containing section 27 of the meter case 14 and at a holder 41 making up a backlight module 18 of the LCD 17, in order to position the holder 41 to the meter case 14.
