PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the weight reduction of a trim part including a laminated structure in a part thereof and to enhance the moldability of a foamed resin base material. SOLUTION: A door trim 10 is constituted of a laminated structure (door upper) 20, which is constituted by integrally laminating a resin rib 22 to the back of the lightweight foamed resin base material 21 having shape retention and laminating a decorative material 23 on the surface of the foamed resin base material 21, and a resin single product (door trim lower) 30 and, since a drawdown suppressing layer 24 for suppressing drawdown is integrated with one side of a foamed resin sheet S subjected to heating softening treatment at a high temperature, the foamed resin sheet S is easy to handle even if heat-treated at a high temperature and, since the foamed resin sheet S does not sag when it is set to a mold 40, the moldability of the foamed resin base material 21 is enhanced, the decorative material 23 in which a heating process is abolished is superposed on the foamed resin sheet S and softened by the remaining heat of the foamed resin sheet S to be integrally molded.
