PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate in which the interfacial peeling strength cab be adjusted according to applications. SOLUTION: The laminate has, between a surface-nontreated metal layer and an adhesive film, a resin layer consisting of a resin for extrusion lamination which is mixed with a polyolefin and a cyclic olefin copolymer in a predetermined ratio.
