PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing machine which does not cause the failure of blades and the shutdown of equipment even when the admixture that is hard to be crushed is incorporated in garbage. SOLUTION: The crusher 1 is provided with an incorporation tube to which the garbage is thrown and a casing 28 connected with the lower part of the incorporation tube. A disc 31 to be rotated and driven by a driving motor 36 is stored in the casing 28. Four rotation blades 41 arranged at an angle every 90°along the peripheral direction are fixed in a disk 31. The casing 28 is provided with a top plate opposite to the disk 31. An ellipse annular fixed blade 42 at the opposite to a rotation blade 41 is fixed to the top plate. The rotation blade 41 is transferred circumferentially and the crossing angleθbetween the rotation blade 41 and the fixed 42 changes continuously when the disk 31 rotates.
