PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting stabilizing treatment device of a planer display panel and a treatment method of the same capable of simplifying a structure thereof. SOLUTION: An inspection treatment necessary to impress a voltage on data electrodes is performed by mounting an electrode grasping member 34 for data electrodes, a short bar 35 for the data electrodes, and a power source base plate 36 for a data power source on a tray and connecting them to the data electrodes; and an aging treatment unnecessary to impress the voltage on the data electrodes is performed while detaching the electrode grasping member 34 for the data electrodes, the short bar 35, and the power source base plate 36 from the tray. Consequently, it is unnecessary to provide all of them on the tray, but they may be mounted only at the inspection treatment.
