PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wiring for an elevator in a building by enabling the transmission/receipt of information between terminals of an elevator system even when weak radio with a narrow communicable range is used to realize transmission/receipt by radio. SOLUTION: Each of an elevator controller, a car terminal, and a floor terminal comprises a short range radio transceiver utilizing weak radio having a communicable range approximately equal to a distance between first and second floors (5 to 6 m).
