PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing apparatus capable of preventing any positional deviation of a sheet to be conveyed to a standby tray, and reliably introducing the sheet to a predetermined standby position. SOLUTION: The sheet post-processing apparatus comprises a feed means which receives and feeds a sheet to be conveyed from an image forming device, a standby tray means for making the sheet fed from the feed means to stand by before performing the post-processing with a rear end part of the standby tray arranged below the feed means, and a rotary paddle means in which a rotary shaft parallel to a rotary shaft of the feed means is provided and rotated below the feed means and above the rear end part of the standby tray, a paddle formed of radially arranged elastic members receives the rear end of the sheet fed out of the feed means, and is rotated, and the sheet placed on the standby tray is pressed to rub by the succeeding paddle.
