PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid fertilizer which when being used by a producer is comfortable and easy to handle, is economically excellent, and has high effectiveness. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a liquid fertilizer containing a living blue-green algae comprises adding at least one suspension of blue-green algae selected from Phormidium, Cylindrospermum, and Lyngbya to a hot water extract (Gex) of a soil conditioner (G).
