PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a seating portion of a seat from crushing a small baggage when the seat is moved from a first use position to a second use position, in a vehicular seat structure wherein the seat is supported so as to move between the first use position and the second use position positioned under the first use position. SOLUTION: The seat 1 is supported so as to move between the first use position and the second use position positioned under the first use position. A regulating member 32 is provided, which takes a regulating posture regulating the entry of an invasion article from a rear side of the seat 1 to between a rear portion of the seating portion 2 of the seat 1 and a floor 12 when the seat 1 is set at the first use position, and takes a retracted posture when the seat 1 is set at the second use position.
