PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily operable manual bathing apparatus. SOLUTION: This easily operable bathing apparatus is equipped with a bathtub 1 which is almost rectangular in plan view with a rack 28 at the center part in the bathtub and a wash place 34 which is almost rectangular in plan view and is placed for use by facing one long side outward against the outside of one long side of the bathtub 1 and allows to lay a stretcher on the upper side. The wash place 34 includes a space part 5 which crosses one long side from the other long side of the wash place 34 and has width to allow a care giver to come in/go out on an almost center part in the longitudinal direction. The care giver can go into the space part 5 to perform stretcher moving work and care giving work for a bather lying on the stretcher who is moved to the rack 28. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
