The invention relates to a method for control of the operational mode of a vehicle with hybrid drive, whereby the operational mode is determined at least by one of the drive types from internal combustion engine drive, electric motor drive and mixed drive and with a controller for selection of the operational mode. According to the invention, in order to achieve optimal comfort and consumption, the mode selection is dependent on the previous operational mode.
