The machine has a roller fittings (3) constructed as quick-change devices or quick-acting closures. A hollow roller, through which temperature control liquid flows, is mounted in the roller fittings. A feed line conducts the liquid into roller. A line coupling with a self-closing shutoff valves (8, 9) interconnects the fittings and the line. The valves are automatically closed when the roller is removed from the machine.
