<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device comprising an annular member fitted to a housing, a seal body joined to the annular member, and a slinger fitted to a shaft, having greatly improved muddy water resistance even when the shaft decenters. <P>SOLUTION: The slinger 2 has a second cylindrical portion 23 extending from the end of a flange portion 22 to an inside A.
