摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an inkjet recording material which prevents a quality deterioration such as a crack, and a decrease in production efficiency, caused by an increase in viscosity of a coating liquid, in manufacture, which reduces fading of a recorded image, and which is excellent in the weatherability and breaking/cracking resistance of the coating layer. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the inkjet recording material is characterized as follows: a coating liquid, which contains: a hydrophilic compound having a main chain with a plurality of side chains, having a polymerization degree of 300-5,000 and having a hydrophilic group; a compound expressed by general formula (1); and inorganic particulates, is applied onto a substrate so that a coating film can be formed; and after that, the coating film is irradiated with ionization radiation, so that an ink absorbing layer can be formed by bringing about crosslinking between the sides chains of the hydrophilic compound and between the side chain of the hydrophilic compound and the compound expressed by general formula (1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
