<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing server which correcting a sense of inequality at the time point of contracting services. <P>SOLUTION: An information providing server 4 is connected to a user side terminal device 3, holds at least one piece of target information that becomes a target to be provided, in relation to timing information for each of the target information, acquires information representing the provision starting time point of the target information determined for a user of the relevant user side device when at least one request of target information is received from the terminal device 3, compares the acquired information with timing information for the requested target information, and distributes the requested target information if it is judged that the information can be provided as a result of the comparison. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
