<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically journalize early incurred costs after inquiry into debt and credit when receiving or canceling an order. <P>SOLUTION: Construction inquiry inputted by a marketing department is registered, and then early generation costs for the construction, which are inputted from an accounting department or a construction site, are stored. If a construction order is inputted by the marketing department, the stored early incurred costs for the construction are registered into a debt file as an unfinished construction expense and into a credit file as a temporary payment. In addition, if order cancel for the construction is inputted by the marketing department, the stored early incurred costs for the construction is registered into the debt file as sales management costs and into the credit file as a temporary payment.
