CONTROL STATION DEVICE, BASE STATION DEVICE, AND PACKET DATA DISCARDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a traffic quantity by discarding packet data to be discarded in a control station device, in a base station device without transmitting the packet data from the base station device to the control station device.

SOLUTION: Up packet data stored in a buffer 102 is not outputted but is discarded when a prescribed time passes after storage of the up packet data. A timer management part 106 instructs that the up packet data which will be discarded after transmitted to a RNC 122, to be not transmitted to the RNC 122 but be discarded, on the basis of information on a maximum waiting time. In an arrangement buffer 112, order inversion of the up packet data is corrected, and the up packet data of which the maximum waiting time has passed is discarded. A timer management part 113 sets the maximum waiting time and instructs the arrangement buffer 112 to discard the up packet data of which the maximum waiting time has passed.
