<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To abstract network topology with paths necessary between nodes, and transfer a message by a different protocol in a domain boundary. <P>SOLUTION: The topology of a network's own domain 10 is abstracted based on only the resource of an LSP to a Node4 from a Node5 capable of path setting to the other domain 20 to obtain a virtual link. A Node1 having received a message by OIF UNI signalling from the Node5 performs path computation based on a virtual link constructed between the Node1 and the Node4, a link between the own domain and the other domain, and resource information advertised from the other domain, according to a destination TNA contained in the generalized UNI object of the message; attaches a tunnel ID determined independently to a GMPLS signalling message whose destination of session is specified to the node Node4; and sends it out to the node Node4.
