PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication medium processor wherein its installation features are not limited and, in particular, are not affected by metallic structures, and the resonance frequency and impedance of an antenna need not be adjusted, and convenience and expandability in the installation are excellent, with its high resistance to ambient unwanted noise and stable performance. SOLUTION: With respect to a feed loop antenna unit, a parasitic loop antenna is arranged in a doughnut shape in such a manner that it surrounds a feed loop antenna in approximately the same plane so that it is possible to suppress any influence related to the antenna characteristics of the parasitic loop antenna unit on the feed loop antenna unit when the parasitic loop antenna unit is arranged in a linear, radial or array fashion such that it is adjacent to the feed loop antenna unit. Thus, it is possible to make it unnecessary to perform the antenna adjustment of the feed loop antenna unit when extending the parasitic loop antenna unit or providing an additional parasitic loop antenna unit.
