PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To project one arbitrary suction nozzle being used at a projecting position from the lower end face of a nozzle holder using one drive motor, and to quicken the timing for starting switching to other suction nozzle. SOLUTION: Under a state where a transfer device 65 is urged by a coil spring 71 and a part of the first stopper 69 thereof enters the vertical guide groove 31A of a nozzle holder 31, a cam stopper cylinder 66 is driven to oscillate the stopper body 68 by pressing the lower part thereof. Consequently, the first stopper 69 slips out from the vertical guide groove 31A and a second stopper 70 enters an opening 33A bored in a holder supporting member 33. When a holder rotation motor 38 is driven, rotation of the holder supporting member 33 is blocked and only the nozzle holder 31 rotates. Consequently, the first cam follower 50 of a suction nozzle 11 comes above a projection cam face 42A and the suction nozzle 11 being used descends lower than other suction nozzles 11.
