<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered filter which hardly causes delamination between a varistor and an inductor. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayered filter 10 in the form of a suitable implementation has a structure wherein the varistor 20 and the inductor are stacked. The varistor 30 is made by stacking varistor layers 31 and 32 which contain internal electrodes 31a and 32a. The varistor layers are mainly formed of ZnO and contain at least one kind of metal element out of Pr, Bi, and Co as an additive. The inductor 20 is made of stacking inductor layers 21-24 which contain conductor patterns 21a-24a. The inductor layers are mainly formed of ZnO, and contain at least one kind of metal element selected among a group of K, Na, Cs, and Rb of not less than 0.02 mol% nor more than 2 mol% with respect to ZnO, and substantially do not contain Pr, Bi, and Co. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
