PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that information is stolen without noticing it by a user and an internal program is rewritten, by a virus taken in by the Internet, and as a result, desired information can not be acquired and a program can be destroyed. SOLUTION: A backup device is newly provided, between the device and an information processor main body is connected by an internal gate and between an input/output device and the information processor main body is connected by an external gate. A mechanical switch and a processor for virus detection are used for control of the gates. A CPU for these works is intercepted by a hardware electric circuit so that gate control can not be performed. As a result, since the virus is not transmitted to the outside and data is not stolen, the information processor can be used at ease even when the Internet is kept connected for 24 hours.
