PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more lightweight hollow double wall structure made of a plastic by using a member of an H type structure as a reinforcement without generating warps or twists. SOLUTION: The hollow double wall structure 1 made of a plastic is integrally formed by blow-molding, and comprises: a front wall 2 and a back wall which face each other having spacing; and a perimeter wall 4 which blocks up a rim section of the front wall 2 and the back wall, wherein a skin material 5 such as fabric or the like is laminated on the external surface of the front wall 2 at the time of the blow-molding. In the inside of the center section in a longitudinal direction of the hollow double wall structure 1 made of a plastic, a regulation wall (inner rib or welled rib) for fixing at least one side of a reinforcement (H type member) is arranged, an opening (insertion opening) 10 for inserting the reinforcement is formed in the center section of the perimeter wall 4, and further two recess structures for fixing the reinforcement 7 to the hollow double wall structure are prepared in the center section in the longitudinal direction of the back wall as a regulation wall.
