PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for producing a laminated sheet capable of easily producing a laminated sheet with a thickness of each layer being just as an objective value or a designed value. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the laminated sheet having many slits arranged at intervals in which different molten resins are alternatively laminated by flowing different molten resins from neighboring slits, has a ratio of a minimum passage length L1 and a maximum channel length L2 of the molten resin flowing from an inlet to an outlet of the slit, namely a value of L1/L2 being at least 0.5.
