PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer stretched film excellent in gas-barrier properties, pinhole resistance and wear resistance. SOLUTION: This film is obtained by disposing an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer including a structural unit (1) as an intermediate layer, arranging a polyamide-based resin as both outer layers thereof and then stretching the resultant film. The ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer is preferably prepared by copolymerizing 3,4-diacyloxy-1-butene, vinyl ester-based monomer and ethylene and then, saponifying the obtained copolymer.
