PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving position adjustment device capable of adjusting to the optimum driving position for all drivers. SOLUTION: The driving position adjustment device 10 is equipped with a camera 20 photographing the driver, an angle detection means 30 detecting a driver's joint bending angle from the image information, a grip position detection means 40 detecting the grip position of a steering wheel from the image information, a movement amount calculation means 50 calculating the movement amount of a seat and the steering wheel based on the joint bending angle and the grip position, a seat position adjustment means 60, and a steering wheel position adjustment means 70 adjusting the positions of the seat and the steering wheel based on the calculation result, a profile motion recognition means 80 which recognizes the profile and motion of the driver's hand from the image information, and controls the adjustment means 60, 70 based on the recognition result, and a length measuring means 90 which measures the length of the driver's arms and legs from the image information, and controls the adjustment means 60, 70 based on the measurement result.
