PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring antigen-specific antibody of specified immunoglobulin class by using immunoassay in an array test method. SOLUTION: This method is for measuring antigen-specific antibody of specified immunoglobulin class in a sample by using immunoassay in an array test method. Where various coupled partners B<SB>nx</SB>, respectively containing various antigens which can be combined specifically with antibodies to be detected, are combined with different individual fields on a support. In this method, the support is incubated, together with both the sample and a coupled partner B<SB>2</SB>holding indicators, and then each of indicators in the different individual fields is detected; while the B<SB>2</SB>is combined specifically with the given antigen-specific combined antibody of a specified immunoglobulin class.
