PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer excellent in vibration resistance and shock resistance. SOLUTION: The electroacoustic transducer comprises a vibration plate (1) having a voice coil bobbin (4) fixed thereto; an edge (2) joined around the vibration plate; a magnetic circuit (30) for vibrating the vibration plate (1) via the voice coil bobbin (4); and a frame (3) having frames (3A, 3B) for supporting the portion around the edge and fixing and supporting the magnetic circuit by an adhesive (20). The electroacoustic transducer has a fixing portion using an acryl-based adhesive having a shore D hardness of≤50 after being hardened as the above adhesive and fixing only a side surface (6a) of the magnetic circuit on the frame and consisting of the side surface, an inside surface (3A5) of the frame and the adhesive.
