PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video system, a method and a program for displaying video in which a composition processing burden is reduced when composing continuously moving video images, and high-quality video can be created and displayed. SOLUTION: A video system of the present invention comprises: a moving video storage means; a connection reference information storage means for making moving video reading information and one or more pieces of connection reference information displayed within moving video correspondent to each of information, and storing the information; a moving video acquiring means for retrieving the moving video reading information from the connection reference information storage means based on a plurality of input information ordered temporally, and extracting moving video from the moving video storage means based on that information; and an output means for outputting moving video by connecting the plurality of moving video extracted by the moving video acquiring means. If there are a plurality of results of retrieving the input information, the moving video acquiring means compares at least the connection reference information preceding to the input information with each of the retrieved connection reference information to select moving video corresponding to the input information.
