PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle speaker apparatus the operation reliability and the durability of which can be enhanced by preventing its network elements from getting dirt due to poured water. SOLUTION: In the on-vehicle speaker apparatus 11 wherein a resin-made terminal board 25 is fitted to a speaker frame 15 for removably supporting the diaphragm 13 of a speaker unit (woofer unit 17) and the network elements 33, 34, 35 are fitted to the resin-made terminal board 25, network elements 33, 34, 35 on the resin-made terminal board 25 is covered with a resin-made hood 41 so as to prevent the network elements 33, 34, 35 from receiving water drops due to dew condensation or the like thereby avoiding the network elements 33, 34, 35 from getting dirt due to the poured water.
