PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve product quality such that water dripping to a heating chamber exterior does not leak to a device exterior. SOLUTION: In a heating chamber 1 housing an object to be heated, by mechanically coupling a flange of a heating chamber bottom face 2, a heating chamber rear face wall 4, and a back plate composing the heating chamber 1, opening a hole vertically below a mechanical coupling part, and drawing water seeping from the mechanical coupling part 50 into the device from a louver 51, the product quality can be improved without leakage to the device exterior.
