PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transporting device and electronic equipment loading the same, capable of surely preventing drying-out, and realizing high heat transporting performance. SOLUTION: In this invention, channel resistance of a channel of a liquid-phase pipe 4 is determined to be larger than that of a liquid-phase channel 8 of an evaporator 1. That is, capillary force of the channel of the liquid-phase pipe 4 is determined to be larger than that of the liquid-phase channel 8 of the evaporator 1. The working fluid of liquid phase can be strongly sucked from a condenser 2 by the comparatively strong channel resistance of the liquid-phase pipe 4, even when bubbles or the like are generated in the liquid-phase channel 8 of the evaporator caused by excessive heat of a heating element.
